Interpretation

The words with capitalized initial letters have specific meanings defined under these conditions. The following definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

SANTI provides services including but not limited to:

Graphic design & branding

Website hosting & domain management

Digital marketing & advertising

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or refuse any service at our discretion without notice.

Refund and Ownership Policy

No Refunds: All payments made to SANTI are non-refundable. By engaging with our services, You acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Use of Work: By working with Us, You grant SANTI the right to showcase completed work on Our social media platforms, website, and portfolio.

Modification and Resale: We reserve the right to modify, adapt, or repurpose any work created as a template for future projects, ensuring that client branding remains respected.

Project Expiry: If a project is paused or inactive for more than 6 months, it will be considered expired, and additional fees may be required to resume work.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by SANTI. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

We strongly advise You to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites You visit.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access to Our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SANTI and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to Your use of Our Service.

If You have paid for services, Our total liability shall not exceed the amount You paid to Us or ZAR 5,000, whichever is lower.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In such cases, the liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

Our Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
